A Warning to Suppliers

It has been brought to our attention that there is a scam taking place targeting bridal suppliers.

The scam involves a payment being made into the supplier’s account which seems to come from a retailer that has an outstanding balance.

From here, the scammers will call up the supplier and inform them that they have transferred too much money and will ask for a refund.

However, the original amount will not clear on the supplier account and if you transfer it back you will be left out of pocket.

If you think you’ve been a victim of this scam then please contact the police and your bank immediately to make them aware of the situation.

Bridal Buyer is urging all suppliers to be vigilant of this and if in doubt please contact your retailers personally before refunding any money.
