Whether your maids are looking for the on-trend vintage palette of dusky pinks, antique creams and powdery sages or want a strong gemstone shade of emerald, ruby or sapphire, your bridesmaid rails won’t be left wanting after a trip to biggest bridal trade show of the year.

As for fabrics, chiffon still remains a big hitter, however satins, organzas and tulles all play a part in the latest collections. Some labels have really ramped up the glamour with fully sequined fabrics that catch the light and twinkle continuously, while others are using sprinkles of glistening embellishment to highlight straps, necklines and waists.

In a bid to keep girls away from the high street manufactures have played close attention to the finer details. Pleats, peep holes and lace appliqués feature across the board. Stylewise brands have catered for all with playful short numbers to Grecian-inspired one-shoulder designs and floor length gowns.

Continuing the trend for individuality many labels are offering similar styles with a range of different necklines in order to allow bridesmaids of all shapes look their best. Cowl necks, halternecks, spaghetti straps, and strapless, you name it, they’ve got it.

High school leavers will too be immersed in a kaleidoscope of colour from zesty lemon yellows and bold tomato reds to baby blues and soft Champagne.

Alongside the tulle gowns highlighted with sparkling crystals and floor sweeping chiffon skirts, brand houses have taken design direction from the high street with separate options including midriff-baring crop tops and matching skirts plus mermaid silhouettes with dramatic ruffled skirting for the girl wants to be the belle of the ball.

The Harrogate Bridal Show will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to browse and buy from more than 300 bridal, bridesmaid, groomswear, footwea and, accessories collections. To pre-register for the exhibition click here.
