Since London Bridal Fashion Week last year, bridal fabric supplier, Michael’s Bridal Fabrics have added a large number of new products to their range. On the plain fabrics side, there are several new soft and drapey fabrics including satins of various weights, crepes and heavy chiffons. For the men’s range, there is new satin and crepe alongside coloured fabrics including light green.

There are many new designs of embroidery with sequins and beads and some of these also feature laser-cut 3D pieces. In addition, there are new narrow crystal edgings suitable for straps and off the shoulder crystal panels that clip at the back, and can be worn with different garments.

The biggest new area for the brand this year, is the rollout of eco-friendly fabrics, which includes 100% recycled polyester, satin and tulle, part-recycled Italian duchess satin and silk and recycled polyester Mikado. The brand will also have some eco-friendly laces from USA and France at the event.

Ladybird will also add a new, surprising line to its strong and fashionable bridal collection and the new line will be presented at the Ladybird Dealer Event in Noordwijk (Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, Holland, 4-6 April 2020)

Now with 50 stockists worldwide, Motee Maids is the brand for in the know brides looking for uncompromising quality, fit and choice for their bridesmaids. The brand is known for the love of colour, texture, tone and hand embellishment with their bespoke pallet of shades now updated with two new sophisticated new tones.

The brand has mixed their bestselling shades of silver, champagne and pink to create a sophisticated new gown they call 'Posey'. Posey's embellishments are iridescent with encrusted sequins giving a pale and feminine pink glow with silver-lined beads creating subtle sparkle for a feminine bride.

For their new bridal collections, the brand has introduced a softer glitter tulle with a subtle dusting of shimmer, and a new liquid satin that is light and easy to wear with a pearlescent shine and drapes beautifully. Slinky looks are key this season, with styles featuring a variety of plunging backs, front splits, trains that ‘wow’, on-trend bishop sleeves, and illusion backs with our signature vintage-inspired beading.

Ahead of London Bridal Fashion Week, the brand has introduced a new slinky satin bridesmaids’ fabric. The fabric has a slight stretch, which will allow ease of movement. This fresh material also flatters throughout the sizes and is available in a selection of key colours. Tone on tone looks are growing in popularity, and because of that, the brand has also introduced five exclusive new blue and green shades alongside their vintage rose and on-trend burnt sienna.

Bridal brand, Rachel Allan will be exhibiting their new Fall 2020 collections at London Bridal Fashion Week in March. At the show, they will be presenting their sensational bridal collections from Mary’s Bridal and Lo’Adoro by Rachel Allan, alongside their Bridesmaids and Flowergirl lines.

Each and every collection has been carefully created to offer a unique and individual design story and this will be evident at their stand.

Mary’s Bridal’s wide-ranging Fall 2020 Collections will offer every retailer the chance to pick unique styles applicable to their store and more importantly, their brides. Coverage is a key component of the collection, concentrating on high back and neck details and sleeves. Longer trains for drama and detachable trains add a contemporary twist to classical shapes.

Lo’Adoro by Rachel Allan continues its design brief by offering a glamourous and showstopping Fall 2020 Collection. Texture is making a comeback with unique hand-designed lace, laser cutting detail and patterned glitter. Oversized floral embroideries with 3D elements are layered with lace, glitter, tulle and applique to create dimension.
