Bridal Buyer took to The National Wedding Show at Earls Court on Friday to quiz brides on what they are looking for.

From speaking to a number of women planning their weddings next year it appears that ivory still remains the key colour for bridal gowns, with brides searching for fitted shapes with full skirts and backless fishtail styles.

As for bridesmaids, pastel green peppermints and powdery sages are proving most popular. Many brides said they would be looking for maxi dresses with some stating they would have their maids in different styles yet the same colour.
