The Diane Legrand collection originated in Weisbaden, Germany. It was decided that a romantic and feminine brand was needed, and the label was created to offer affordable luxury that would appeal to every bride.

This year’s Harrogate Bridal Show was a great success for the brand, attracting many new clients across the UK, Ireland and Europe. 20 gorgeous key styles were on offer, and it was the flirty ball gowns that prevailed and wowed buyers. With soft fluid fabrics such as soft tulles, as well as stretch laces that hug the silhouette, these styles were flattering and the perfect choice for enhancing every curve. Slim fishtails were also popular with designs made from the finest laces.

“We have many loyal clients worldwide who visited us at the show for a warm welcome and lovely affordable gowns,” says UK agent Helen Cooper. “They know we offer superior quality and use only the best fabrics.”

Known for soft muted pastel shades, champagnes, pastel pinks and light shimmering golds, the 2017 collection also sees an influx of beautiful, heavily-encrusted crystal embellishments.

“We really market the Diane Legrand brand as affordable luxury that’s perfect for every bride no matter what her type or shape,” says Helen. “We have really loved meeting our clients at the show and are all booked for next year, too.”
