Simon and Maria Ryan recently announced the sale of their award-winning bridalwear boutique, Sentiments Luxury Bridalwear in South Wales. This move comes as the couple plan to focus more on their bridal label, Catherine Parry.

The boutique won the Bridal Retailer of the Year for Wales award at the 2017 Bridal Buyer Awards in September, and was acquired by a new owner in late October 2017.

Maria, Simon and the new owner chose not to announce the news at the time to avoid any unnecessary concern amongst their brides. As the business has continued to prosper, they felt now was the right time to share the news.

“Catherine Parry, the label that Maria and I launched in 2015, has grown significantly over the last 12 months and it became impossible to provide the high levels of customer service that we offer our retailers with the demands of running our own bridal boutique,” Revealed Simon Ryan, owner of Catherine Parry. “Having won the Bridal Buyer award, Maria and I felt that we had achieved everything that we set out to achieve as retailers and our experience of running a boutique for more than five years has given us a unique and invaluable insight in to the challenges that retailers face.”

Catherine Parry now has 36 stockists across the UK and will be launching a new collection, Solitaire by Catherine Parry, at London Bridal Week in March.

Make sure you’re registered for London Bridal Week for your chance to see this new collection.
