Meet Bartosz Wodecki, CEO of Bianco Evento

Bartosz Wodecki, CEO of Bianco Evento discusses his bridal experience and secrets to success

Bartosz Wodecki is the CEO of successful European bridal supplier Bianco Evento. Established in 2009 the bridalwear brand produces a wide range of bridal gowns, accessories and shoes.

Bartosz’s Background

Bartosz inherited his passion for bridalwear from his family and now with 20 years experience in the industry, he has launched his own business.

During this time Bartosz has developed a strong understanding of the needs of bridal retailers and he has used that knowledge in the brand’s processes, designs and manufacturing.

Bartosz told Bridal Buyer, “I am passionate and always there for my company and my staff. In terms of success, I think the best strategy is always to have the customer’s needs in mind. I strive to produce high-quality products and offer a premium service to our stockists which can make all the difference.”

Family is extremely important to Bartosz and as a father of two daughters, he is always trying his best to find a good work-life balance. No two days are the same and because of this, his working days can vary. When it comes to high season Bartosz will be found travelling around Europe to attend bridal trade shows alongside his sales and marketing team.

When he is not travelling, he will spend a lot of his time between the Bianco Evento headquarters and the production facilities. While he is here he will work on new collections, plan advertising and sales activities and furthermore organise photo shoots and campaigns.

When asked about his favourite part of his job, Bartosz answers, “I like spending my time with the production staff, as it is a mix of creativity and organisational efficiency.”

The Latest Collection

The latest collection to come from the brand takes a new approach to femininity with a mixture of metropolitan styles and gentle silhouettes.

Bartosz comments, “We introduced the 2020 collection at bridal trade shows earlier this year and our customers were so impressed. We are so proud! Our Made in Europe 2020 collection continues the Bianco Evento DNA of simple designs with sophisticated boho-inspired elements, illusion effect lace and chic flowing skirts.”

“We always try to consider both modern and classic tastes. That´s why we included amazing tattoo effect lace while continuing to add basic dresses made with high-quality materials like satin, georgette, chiffon, lace and tulle, that can be matched with a huge range of our accessories and shoes.”

What The Future Holds

Bartosz will continue to grow the success of Bianco Evento with his innovative ideas and with the success with the latest collection the brand is going from strength to strength with buyers and brides.

“Bianco Evento is turning 10 this year and I am so proud of what we have achieved and am always thinking about what I can do in the future in terms of innovation in our market. I think the industry is aligning more with brides needs and wants. This new, young generation of brides has moved digital: something fast and creative.“

“It feels like just a few years ago when I started selling bridal accessories to German retailers, and now we have Bianco Evento, a fast-growing company fulfilling the dreams of brides from all over the world with high-quality designs, all made in the EU.“
