As a family business, Michael’s Bridal Fabrics supplies to bridal manufacturers, bridal designers and fabric shops.

In the beginning, the range consisted of about 25 products but now has several thousand in stock. Considered by many to be one of, if not the largest stock selections of all bridal related fabrics, edgings, motifs and dress accessories in Europe, the brand offers an unbeatable mix of products and a fast reliable and friendly service.

Michael’s Bridal Fabrics will be exhibiting at The Harrogate Bridal Show between the 8th-10th September for yet another year. Michael Bristow said, “The Harrogate Bridal Show is so important to us as the event has a large passing of new potential clients from both the UK and overseas. This year we will have somewhere between 2,500 and 3,500 articles on show.”

Unlike dress ranges that have one or two collections a year, Michael’s Bridal Fabrics are constantly evolving and adding to their designs on a weekly basis. However, for The Harrogate Bridal Show the brand will be showcasing a varied selection of their fabrics.

“On our plain fabrics we have introduced a lot of new simple qualities, many are soft and drapey with a fair percentage of them having some stretch in. There is also a new range of stretch, corded and guipure laces. Two of the guipures are with a striped effect. With the embroideries, there are a lot of non-floral designs that we have introduced to the range. We have also increased the amount of laser cut 3D designs on offer as well,” adds Michael.

When asked about any future plans Michael said, “Following The Harrogate Bridal Show our plan is to go out and visit many of our suppliers at fabric trade fairs in Paris. We will also be working and evolving our collections.”

“Additionally our new and improved website will be launching soon and we think it will start to make a significant difference to the sales and efficiency of the company, and something that was needed to secure the long term future of the company.”

Michael’s Bridal Fabrics will be exhibiting at The Harrogate Bridal Show on Stand M1. The trade show is fast approaching so make sure you register for the event here.
