This year’s show is set to be the biggest and best yet, with names including Private Label by G, Mark Lesley, Mon Cheri, Mori Lee, Essense, Veromia, Alexia, St Patrick, Ladybird, Casablanca, Eternity and Sincerity already confirmed. With over 350 collections to shop from and more trend-setting pieces than ever before, it’s important you plan your visit in advance.

Runway shows
The runway shows have long been a star feature of the show and it’s in the grand Royal Hall theatre that the latest collections come to life. These inspirational and lavish productions are your chance to see the newest designs from the industry’s top names. There will be dozens of collections vying for your attention this September, and they’re all guaranteed to impress.

Designer inspiration
The Designer Aisle is always a huge success and brings the hottest names together in one place. Located in Hall Q, you’ll find a truly luxury area with a boutique feel – and retailers looking for the very best high-end labels will be treated to a fabulous selection. The designers here are the ones who will be setting the trends for 2018, so expect to see plenty of fashion-forward and edgy designs.

New names
As well as hundreds of leading labels, this year’s show will also be home to a selection of exhibitors who have signed up to take part for the very first time. Some of the new and exciting names that have been added to the mix include Azzure Couture, Bzara Bridal, Chic & Holland, Christie Couture, H&H Bridal, Knightsbridge Neckwear, Lucciano Rivieri, Shamali Bridals, Tiulio Feja and Viero Bridal. It’s definitely your opportunity to find the best fresh talent and something unique for your store.

Celebrations
As well as a VIP & Overseas Buyers’ lounge and luxury Champagne Bar on-site, the beautiful town of Harrogate is full of restaurants and bars for you to relax in and celebrate a busy and successful day of buying. From popular chains to independent, locally-owned restaurants, there’s something for everyone.

Visitors also can’t miss the BBSA party on the Sunday night at the Crown Hotel. This annual event is the perfect place to network and unwind after the first day of the show. Email justine@bridalsuppliers.co.uk to book your tickets.

The Harrogate Bridal Show is, of course, also home to the Bridal Buyer Awards. The programme is acknowledged as the most prestigious and authoritative of all industry recognition accolades, and is a great chance to celebrate with others in the industry. This year it’s easier than ever to book your tickets through an online system, and tickets include a welcome drink, three course meal, entertainment, red and white wine on the table and the after-party.

Travel
However you plan on travelling to the event, you can make the most of travel deals by booking early. Both Skyscanner and Trainline have some great offers, and pre-registered retailers can also benefit from 25% off their train ticket with Virgin Trains – find out more here.

Accommodation
There are a number of great hotels within walking distance of the show. The event organisers work with Reservation Highway to ensure you get the best rates available for your stay. The full list of recommended hotels can be found here.

It’s vital to register for the event prior to arrival. Registration is completely free for all retailers – it only takes a few minutes and you’ll be able to beat the queues and save valuable time on the day. For more information on the show, visit theharrogatebridalshow.co.uk.
