Deep V Backs

Deep V Backs

The catwalk at The Harrogate Bridal Show proved that it’s not all about the front of the dress! This season, gowns with a deep V back are very on-trend. If you’re looking for the back of your dress to get just as much attention as the front, then this trend is perfect – not to mention it works well on all dress styles.

Allure opted for a simple lace gown and introduced the V back to compliment the pretty sleeves, while Eliza & Ethan introduced the deep V on both the front and back of their gown for perfect symmetry. Dando London showcased a beautiful deep V back gown that was edged with stunning beading.

Off The Shoulder

Off The Shoulder

Allure, Galizia Spose, Kitty Chen, Ladybird and Victoria Kay all showcased off the shoulder dresses during their catwalk shows. This trend can offer several different looks making it incredibly versatile and moreover, incredibly popular. Whether you are looking for a Bardot neckline or voluminous sleeve, this style is perfect.

Allure and Galizia Spose featured dropped shoulder dresses, providing a pretty, yet sexy look. Kitty Chen, Ladybird and Victoria Kay presented Bardot necklines creating beautiful silhouettes.

Spaghetti Straps

Spaghetti Straps

Spaghetti straps have made their way into bridal from mainstream fashion, making them perfect for the increasingly popular destination weddings. The delicate straps show off just enough skin for a hot destination and offer a classy yet seductive look.

This style can be accompanied by any kind of gown, whether it’s tiered tulle or a slinky beaded dress. Allure, Kitty Chen, Rachel Allan, Randy Fenoli Bridal and White One all showcased this fun trend in their latest collections.

Splits

Splits

Brides looking for something a little daring will be please to see leg splits returning to bridal fashion. Chic Nostalgia’s signature boho look works seamlessly with this trend and their gown with a split hidden by a floaty skirt proves this.

Dando London and Sposa have opted for a central split accompanied by heavy beading while Q’Nique’s gown takes inspiration from Chanel, using the famous tweed fabric as a juxtaposition to the daring split.
