Tell us about the history of Love and Liberty - how long have you been in the industry?

In 2020, I launched into the UK market, Love and Liberty Bridal, a contemporary force reshaping bridal narratives. Since then, the brand is growing globally. However, my journey into the bridal industry spans 18 years, starting with working in bridal magazines. From those early editorial encounters, I switched to roles in marketing and branding, culminating in a pivotal moment with Love and Liberty.

What inspired you to start up Emmy Studio and branch out into brand marketing?

Emmy Studio is an innovative brand and marketing agency dedicated to championing and elevating bridal businesses. The move into launching my brand marketing agency was basically my way of turning up the volume on the awesomeness of bridal labels. After navigating in the bridal scene for so many years, I thought, "Why not take these incredible designers and make some noise?" It’s not just about elevating their game; it’s about cranking up the cool factor.

What kind of businesses will you be aiding, and what’s on offer?

I’ll be working with various businesses, with a primary focus on boosting bridal designers. From refining brand identities to comprehensive marketing, I aim to make each label stand out in the competitive bridal landscape. Whether it’s a brand revamp or a new launch, my goal is to bring a unique touch to every project.

What three pieces of advice would you give to clients looking to elevate their branding?

First, be true to yourself in creating a brand identity that feels authentic. Second, embrace the digital world to connect with more people who vibe with your style, and don’t forget the power of video content – it’s like a backstage pass to your brand! Lastly, keep things consistent across the board – from how you look to what you say – to make sure your brand sticks in people’s minds.  And if you still need help, just give me a shout. I’d be delighted to guide you through the branding journey.

Tell us about your exciting project for 2024: opening your new bridal boutique! Where will you be based and what kind of space are you planning to create?

Absolutely thrilled about the 2024 venture – opening my new bridal space in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex! Picture this: a space drenched in cool, relaxed vibes, where the focus is entirely on curating a personalised bridal journey. It’s not just a boutique; it’s an experience!

Can you give us any insider info on the brands you’ll be stocking, and how you’ll create the full bridal buying experience for your brides-to-be?

I’m curating a carefully selected edit of bridal designers to ensure a unique and modern collection. The challenge? Too many phenomenal designers to choose from! Stay tuned as I unveil the line-up, promising a diverse mix of styles and aesthetics. As for the full bridal buying experience, it’s all about creating a space where each bride-to-be feels seen and celebrated. From personalised consultations to a relaxed atmosphere, my bridal studio aims to redefine the bridal shopping journey, making it as memorable as saying ’yes’ to the perfect dress.
