After a build-up of anticipation and excitement, Monday night saw the prestigious Bridal Buyer Awards make its highly anticipated return to the Harrogate Convention Centre. Dressed in their most glamorous black-tie attire, guests came together from all over the country for an unforgettable celebratory evening, dedicated towards applauding the incredible successes of the bridal industry. With the highest number of awards given out on record, it truly was a remarkable evening with the most magical atmosphere.

The night began with a drinks reception, providing guests with the perfect opportunity to catch up over a tasty tipple. After a warm welcome from Event Director Wendy Adams and Bridal Buyer Editor Anna-Marie De Souza, guests dug in to a delicious three course meal.

Alas, the moment came that everybody was waiting for: it was finally time to reveal this year’s Bridal Buyer Award Winners! Esteemed Television Journalist and Presenter Christine Talbot took centre stage, and did a fantastic job of hosting the all-important awards ceremony. One by one, each highly deserving winner was announced and invited to step up on stage to claim their award. It was so wonderful to see professionals from all areas of the bridal industry being recognised and rewarded for their outstanding achievements, however it was even more amazing to see all of the nominees and finalists supporting the winners and praising their success.

Following the awards ceremony, it’s safe to say that we all danced the night away! Our exceptionally talented live band ’The Rolling Keys’ had everybody up on the dance floor, and the party provided the perfect opportunity for everybody to be able to let loose and have a well-deserved boogie after the endless hours of hard work put in over the past year.
