Bridal Alterations: Tackling the Key Anxieties of Boutiques and Their Brides
Leann Marshall-Jones of Leann Marie Design led a seminar addressing the growing demand for personalised bridal alterations. Attendees gained strategies to alleviate stress for both brides and boutiques, focusing on streamlining processes to meet rising expectations. 

Future-Proofing Your Bridal Business: Strategies for Long-Term Success
This panel featured insights from Diana McMann (The Little Pearl Bridal Boutique) and Shelley Quijada (So Shelley Socials). Discussions focused on building resilience through diversifying offerings, implementing effective social media strategies, and adapting to economic challenges for sustainable growth.

The Importance of Digital Marketing in the Bridal Industry: Reaching the Right Audience
Ella O’Keefe of EOK Studios emphasised mastering digital marketing strategies to connect with modern brides across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. 

Adapting to Changing Bridal Trends: Navigating the Modern Consumer’s Expectations
Julia Smith (Unveiled Group) and Danni Hesketh (Sisters of Grace Bridal Outlet, You Are Precious Bridal, Love Above Curve Bridal Lounge) explored emerging trends, including bold bridalwear designs and non-traditional colour palettes, guiding attendees on maintaining brand identity while embracing innovation. 

1-to-1 Business Advice Clinics

The BRSA offered 1-to-1 Business Advice Clinics, where attendees received tailored guidance on topics such as marketing, PR, social media, and sales. The experts, Abi Neill, Ella O’Keefe Danni Hesketh, Diana McMann, Julia Smith and Leann Marshall-Jones provided actionable insights to help retailers enhance their business strategies.

Departing from traditional seminar formats, the BRSA created a comfortable setting with cozy seating and state-of-the-art noise-cancelling headphones. This environment ensured attendees could fully engage with the content, fostering a more intimate and focused learning experience.
