Philippa’s career in the bridal industry has spanned both retail and wholesale, having been a bridal consultant prior to joining Madi Lane where she was instrumental in the brand becoming firmly established in the UK market. Philippa subsequently founded The Bridal Crush, a sales agency dedicated to working with British designers which has worked with the likes of Kate Fearnley and Love and Liberty.
 
As an extension of the team at GAIA, Philippa will be supporting the brand’s retail partners in the UK and Ireland, providing in-store and video-based product training, inventory reviews, buying advice, and merchandising and marketing support in order to help them to maximise their return on investment, as well as working to expand the brand’s labels in regions where they are currently under-represented.
