Stylish, size-inclusive and retailer-friendly, this European brand is making a confident UK debut at Bridal Week Harrogate this September
Belgian bridal brand Jarice is set to make its UK debut in Harrogate this September. With a successful 40 years in Europe, the brand is known for blending modern glamour with commercial appeal. This year, the family-run label is stepping onto the Bridal Week Harrogate stage with a collection designed to turn heads. With over 120 styles on display, the launch is set to be anything but tentative.
Founded in 1947 by Jeanne and Maurice Eeman, Jarice began as a lace atelier, before evolving into high-end womenswear, and later, bridal and occasionwear. Now, in the hands of third-generation directors, Jo and Gert Van den Driessche, the brand continues to grow across Europe, while staying true to its heritage of craftsmanship and trend-led design. “Our UK launch is the big news for 2025,” says Anna Hare, who, alongside Nigel Bailey, will be representing the brand in the UK. “Retailers can expect glamour at a perfect price, with designs that are incredibly commercial, beautifully made, and with a consistently excellent fit.”
According to the team, brides are beginning to move away from ultra-clean silhouettes in favour of more texture, interesting fabrics and tactile embellishments. The new Jarice collection reflects this subtle shift in the new season styles, while still maintaining the timeless elegance brides look for. “Two styles already proving incredibly popular across Europe are Empress and Azalea. We expect them to be among the bestsellers this season,” says Anna. “They combine modern appeal with flattering design, which is a sweet spot for UK brides.”
The collection will include Jarice’s standout Curvy range. “Dresses specifically designed and cut to flatter the fuller figure,” says Anna, “with fashion-led styling and absolutely no compromise on trend, detail, or finish.” Every season, Jarice takes inspiration from bridal trends across Europe, adapting and evolving designs to suit real brides and their requests. “For 2025, expect elevated textiles, soft structure, romantic detailing, and a commitment to flattering every body shape,” says Anna.
Aside from the aesthetics, Jarice prides itself on being easy to work with – both commercially and practically. “As agents, Nigel and I have built our reputations on hands-on support for our stockists,” says Anna. “Alongside us, the Jarice team includes a dedicated UK customer service manager and a responsive head office team – so stores will feel
looked after, every step of the way.”
