The iconic Iris Apfel once said: "Put your money into accessories. You could create a million different looks." And she really wasn’t wrong.

While she was speaking about everyday fashion, her sentiment applies perfectly to bridal style. Accessories are where personality comes alive for many brides – who are loving changing up their styles and personalising looks with an array of add-ons.

10 Bridal Accessories for 2026

Here are 10 styles we have loved from 2025 and expect to see everywhere next year. Side note, we have written extensively about out love affair with veils, so with the exception of one irresistible birdcage, were have been strict to leave them out of this edit.

1. Bridal Bags: Stylish & Ceremony-Ready

Not every bride wants to carry a bag, but those who do are loving thoughtful, sustainable designs. Six Stories’ satin bow pouches are crafted from off-cuts from their bridesmaid dresses, giving new life to leftover fabric. Compact, elegant and practical, they’re ideal for lipstick, tissues and tiny essentials. Plus they make a sweet keepsake after the wedding.

2. Textured Bows

The bow renaissance continues, but 2025’s versions are rich with detail and made to be treasured. While contemporary, Victoria Percival’s pearl-embellished bow clips offer heirloom craftsmanship. Worn with half-up hair or soft waves, this piece would create a look that feels timeless and editorial.

3. Bold Earrings: Sculptural & Unmissable

Big earrings are back – and bridal is embracing the drama straight from the runway. Halo & Co’s Vivienne Earrings are a standout, with Austrian crystals set into an architectural silhouette that catches the light with every turn. They are finished in 18-carat gold, yet are cleverly lightweight – they will elevate a bridal look into a red-carpet moment.

4. Bridal Boots: A Cool-Girl Classic

Yes we love high heels, and no we don’t want to show our toes! Thank goodnesss that bridal boots are stepping into the spotlight once more. We especially love the textured designs, such as Rainbow Club’s tulle-ruched pair. Delicate yet sculptural, they add depth to tailored jumpsuits, minis and voluminous gowns alike. Whether fully on show or just peeking from beneath a hem, they bring a modern edge.

5. Capes & Organza Jackets

The cape continues its reign, and this organza bow jacket from Halfpenny London is a standout. With its oversize neck bow and sheer, fluid silhouette, it elevates everything from trousers to structured dresses. Designer Kate Halfpenny calls it one of her favourites: “a modern layer that adds romance without weight.”

6. Neck Scarves: Soft Structure

Neck scarves are emerging as one of bridal’s most elegant additions. Nadia Manjarrez’s airy version pairs sheer movement with sculptural styling, framing the collarbone beautifully. When worn with a strapless gown, it offers both modesty and intrigue.

7. Birdcages: Retro Glamour, Modern Touch

Ok here is that veil we mentioned… It gives minimal, it gives chic and it is irresistibly nostalgic. From The Perfect Bridal Company, the ivory veil (style PBR4012) drapes softly over the eyes, accented with delicate pearls for a refined finish. Secured with discreet combs, it brings instant Old Hollywood vibes.

8. Bold Pearl Necklaces

Statement pearl chokers and layered necklaces, inspired by Vivienne Westwood’s iconic styling, remain a dominant force in fashion and now in bridal. Paired with a simple satin gown or asymmetric neckline, a dramatic pearl collar adds a rebellious opulence that feels fresh, youthful and fashion-forward.

9. Feathered Hair Accents

Feathers are creating movement and texture across all aspects of bridal, and in the hair I can give lightness and movement to sleek buns and polished updos. Awon Golding’s Seraphina Comb, crafted from ivory ostrich feathers, wraps gracefully around the hair to create an ethereal, cloud-like silhouette.

10. Dainty Gloves: Delicate & Nostalgic

Short bridal gloves are like the icing on the cake of a vintage chic look. Twigs & Honey’s Dainty Pearl and Bow Short Gloves combine whisper-light tulle with Austrian pearls and silk ribbons for a perfect custom fit. Elegant with suits, sleeveless dresses or minis, they’re a beautiful finishing touch.
