Brides Beware was set up by the BBSA in 2012 to help raise awareness of the risk of purchasing wedding gowns, bridesmaid gowns and prom dresses online. Following the group’s success, Bridal Sale Week was set up to offer brides the chance to buy original dresses at one off prices.

Being a member of the BBSA offers automatic free inclusion to Bridal Sale Week. This is a fantastic way for members to sell off samples and discontinued stock to generate extra cash-flow for the next buying season and make way for the new season’s styles.

These events are advertised nationally through various sources and all retail members will be supplied with information on how to maximise this and pull in brides on a budget.
