Find out more about Bridal Sale Week and how you can get involved
Bridal Sale Week is brought to you by the British Bridal Suppliers Association (BBSA), and currently has over 100 stores throughout the UK signed up to take part.
Taking place during 25th – 27th November, it allows brides to snap up the dress of their dreams at a sale price, but also helps to encourage more customers into your stores. Designed to combat the issue of brides turning to the web to procure cheap copies of wedding dresses, Brides Beware was set up to help raise awareness of the issue.
Since 2012 they have been sharing horror stories from brides who have turned to the web to try and get their ideal bridal gown for less, and decided to connect with retailers to create Bridal Sale Week to help brides on a lower budget buy their gown without having to resort to buying a fake online.
If you’re a member of the BBSA you get automatic free inclusion to Bridal Sale Week – which is nationally promoted through a variety of sources. You’ll also receive advice on how to sell off samples and discontinued stock to increase your intake and make space for new collections.
