Christine writes, "Bridal Week is such a special time for us. There’s nothing quite like seeing our designs on the runway, it’s where they truly shine. Harrogate Theatre has this incredible charm, and watching our gowns take centre stage there is always a highlight. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with our stockists, both old and new. It’s a great moment to share our passion and celebrate the artistry behind each gown."
Highclere
One design that stands out to us is Highclere. It’s a real showstopper, combining trendsetting elegance with unique details that truly make it shine. The gown features an off-the-shoulder textured satin design, with a fitted bodice and a striking sheer illusion boned corset that adds both structure and allure. The standout feature is the extra-large 3-D flowers blooming from the neckline, which give it a modern, bold twist. Brides can also customise it with a detachable textured satin overskirt, offering versatility for their big day. This piece demands attention and ensures any bride wearing it feels like the star of the show.

The Diane Legrand team commented how "the breathtaking set design transported us straight to the glamorous Roaring Twenties, with an atmosphere of elegance and excitement. Accompanied by vibrant, upbeat music, the collection featured truly innovative bridal gowns that redefined tradition. From the bold incorporation of colour and intricate botanical lace to delicate sheer fabrics, playful fringes, and daring short dresses, each piece stood out as a masterpiece of creativity and craftsmanship. The blend of modernity with vintage flair left us completely enchanted, showcasing a fresh take on bridal fashion that is sure to inspire."
Pearl - 1907
A standout design from Pearl by Diane Legrand is the 1907 dress. A slinky mermaid dress that fits and flatters every curve. The fabric flows like liquid silk, creating a sleek silhouette that dramatically flares out into ruffled layers. The ruffles aren’t just for show – it’s these frothy layers that brings a certain playfulness to the look, almost like the dress comes alive with every step. It’s classic minimalism meets modern flair, and we love it.

"Showcasing my pieces at Bridal Week is a dream come true," Nikki Atkinson writes. "It’s not just about having the world see your work; it’s about being part of an event that celebrates creativity and craftsmanship on a global stage. The energy of Bridal Week is incredible—there’s a sense of community among designers, models, and fashion lovers. Watching brides-to-be light up when they see something that speaks to them is a beautiful moment. It’s a reminder that every piece I create has the potential to become part of someone’s most important day - it is indescribably rewarding".
Catriona
We’re swooning over Catriona. Inspired by 1950's elegant lines, contrasted with the natural Merino wool fabric produced on their property, balancing tradition with contemporary design to celebrate both heritage and modernity. We love the asymmetrical one-shoulder, which is elegantly accented with a long sash that drapes over the shoulder and draws attention to the long, open back.
