So many of our customers are attending the London Show and we felt it would be too good to miss.

When did you launch the first Hollywood Dreams Collection?

Believe it or not, 35 years ago!

How many pieces are in your newest line up?

14 Hollywood Dreams and 14 in the Chic by Hollywood Dreams collection, which is our accessibly-priced collection.

What materials and colours have you gone for - do you still have a lady-in-red piece?

No samples in red but of course it will be possible to order any gown in our world-famous scarlet. For the new season I have used Mikado, satin, damask, and some lace and, of course, the wonderful beaded trims we are known for.

Over the years, how has your design statement evolved?

We moved from slender silhouettes to lavish ballgowns, and that is actually just what we are returning to as the demand for grandeur and glamour dressing returns.

If you had to pick design features that you think will be most in demand, what would they be?

Body-sculpting lines forming the perfect red-carpet fishtail silhouette and, as mentioned big-skirted ballgowns with tailored beadwork.

How will you be promoting the new collection to the consumer?

We have chosen several magazines to take the message direct to brides, and we’ll be heavy users of social media. Our investment is quality photography makes a big difference.
