Tell us more about the dresses: what can we expect from this new season?

Like the women we pay tribute to, our focus has been for each gown to make its own statement. We want our Signature brides to come to life through every detail. This collection showcases bold prominent sleeves, confident modern necklines, distinctive laser cut embroideries and super luxurious trim and finishes. Clustered tonal embellishments and 3-D floral laces add dimension, and we’ve added in a few hidden mini-skirts and pop-in linings for those looking to be extra daring.

What were your inspirations behind the ’Icons’ collection?

I wanted to take this season as a chance to honour iconic women who have made waves through history in different ways, forging a path for future generations. It really all started with my grandmother Shirley, a trailblazer in her own right, who co-led my family’s journey into bridal back in the 1940’s. Through this new season, we pay tribute to a diverse group of women, from activists and artists to heroines and Hollywood legends, who have each brought positive change to this world. We wanted to mark their contributions by creating a unique dress in their name.

How would you define the Justin Alexander Signature Collection?

The Justin Alexander Signature collection is designed for today’s modern bride, it offers a blend of clean-cut modern gowns and wedding day looks that embody lavish opulence. Brides now, more than ever, are looking to express their sense of style in a fresh and contemporary way. Our Signature gowns are always striking and confident, perfect for women looking to make an entrance and really embrace this renewed chance to walk down the aisle and celebrate with loved ones once again.

Can you talk us through your three favourite looks from this season?

It’s difficult to choose just 3! But if I had to, I would say Cher, Meryl, and Elizabeth.

Cher, named after the goddess of pop music, is an ultra-chic mini dress with on-trend long puff sleeves and shimmering graphic laser cut chiffon lace appliques. It’s perfect for a bride planning a more relaxed day, still looking for a powerful look, or as a dress for the evening. It’s also got a shapewear mesh lining that gives an incredible contouring fit.

Meryl, named after the multi award-winning actress Meryl Streep, is a fit and flare gown created in a modern cotton lace with a floral lattice pattern that’s dramatic and feminine. It has a matching detachable train sold separately, offering brides two looks in one.

Elizabeth is our finale gown, honouring the great British Monarch Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II. This ball gown embodies a regal heritage, which we’ve refined through unexpected, exposed boning, hidden pockets, and intricate scalloped lace at the hem. We’ve paired it with a striking long sleeved button front lace jacket, sold separately, perfect for really making an entrance.
