Based in Perth Western Australia, Cizzy Bridal is a bridal gown designer and wholesaler, creating ready to wear and customisable dresses from sizes 2-32. Within the last few years, CIzzy Bridal has expanded in impressive ways to create six separate labels, each designed with a different bride in mind, and at an attainable price point. From boho to couture, our labels have every bride covered, ensuring a one-stop sourcing experience for bridal boutiques. These labels include Zavana Bridal, Zavana Couture, White April Bridal, Wedding Societe, and Elysian Bridal. We offer a wide range of timely customisations for our brides. These include changing the lining of a gown, custom waist and hem measurements, made to measure gowns, extending or shortening a train, or adding extras such as a cape, wings, straps or sleeves. We aim to provide the most beautiful gowns paired with a customised service experience.

Tell us about your latest collection

We have recently released our first 2022 collections for all our labels. Our latest collection ‘Bel Air’ by Wedding Societe is one of our favourite collections this season.

Every gown within Bel Air evokes feelings of romance and graceful femininity. With rich vintage inspired laces, each gown is a fusion of past styles and present trends, allowing modern brides to showcase their unique retro flair. Wedding Societe’s Spring 2022 collection is an ensemble of polka dot laces, lush tulle accents, and decadent detail, for brides seeking that endearing antique feel. The magic of old world inspired bridal gowns makes it easy to see why so many brides are seeking that timeless feeling on their big day. The past two years, brides have been in lockdown, which made us crave freedom and liberating experiences, much alike the era of the glamorous roaring 20s. Today’s brides are seeking fun, vibrant celebrations, after waiting for so long through lockdowns. We wanted to match this spirit, hence the old Hollywood styling. Bel Air embraces celebrating after a long period of being locked down.

The rest of Cizzy Bridal Australia’s Spring 2022 collections showcase the latest in bridal trends, such as exaggerated sleeves, exposed shoulders, and bare open backs. Additionally, our latest collections also incorporate classic elements such as all over lace gowns, dramatic A-line silhouettes and simple minimal designs.

What marketing support do you offer your stockists?

As a family-owned business, Cizzy has always extended its family nature to its stockists - they are our top priority. Marketing has been paramount throughout the pandemic. As a company, we have adapted to suit the times. The past two years we have not been able to attend the Harrogate Bridal Show, so have been offering our bridal boutiques virtual showings over Zoom! Our stockists can pick the gowns or collections they wish to see, and they will be showcased on a model. However, we can’t wait until we can attend trade shows again!

Additionally, throughout the pandemic, we have offered more marketing support through video content. Brides love to see a gown in motion, so capturing this is paramount. We also provide marketing support by featuring our stockists’ beautiful boutiques on our social media. We collaborate with vendors and stores across the globe to provide gowns for styled shoots.

Since we have not been able to see them at trade shows, we have also provided our wonderful stockists with travel care packages, just to show them we appreciate them.

We also want to enhance future brides’ gown experience when searching for a perfect wedding dress. We show behind the scenes footage of our dresses on real brides. We also build hashtag banks of our gowns’ style codes on Instagram so when brides search for a particular gown on social media, they can search the code and view it on a multitude of brides and styled shoots.
