You may recognise Karren for her role as Alan Sugar’s sidekick on the popular television show, The Apprentice, however, we love the fact that her business background spans across a variety of other impressive sectors.
Previously the managing director of Birmingham F.C. and currently the Vice-Chairman of West Ham United F.C., Karren is known as The First Lady of Football. More recently, Karren was appointed chairman of Taveta by Sir Philip Green, chairman of the extensive Arcadia Group which includes well-known brands like Topshop and Wallis.
Whist Karren’s business success means she’s working with some of the biggest names in the game, her tenacity and drive has led her to work within the political field too. In 2014, Karren became a member of the House of Lords, taking the title Baroness Brady.

Karren was also recognised as a ’Woman Who Has Changed The World’ by Cosmopolitan.
Finally, Karren is a mother to two children.
