A new acquisition for Twilight Designs

In an exciting move set to elevate the luxury bridal accessories market, Twilight Designs has officially acquired LJ Veils and Arianna Bespoke. Known for their timeless elegance and exceptional craftsmanship, both brands bring a wealth of artistry and heritage to Twilight’s expanding collection to mark a new chapter for the company.

Twilight Designs, a respected name in the British bridal accessories industry, has announced its acquisition of Linzi Jay Veils and the high-end Arianna Bespoke brand. Twilight Designs was founded around 14 years ago; since that time, it has built a reputation for reliable service and quality products, and this acquisition is an exciting new development for the company and its extensive retail network.

Twilight Designs has become a cornerstone in the bridal accessories market, largely due to its commitment to consistency and availability, which has endeared them to numerous retailers across the UK and beyond. “Twilight is known as a good, reliable company,” says Graham Bartlett, the founder of the brand. “We’re dependable, and that’s something our retailers really value.”

Twilight offers a whole range of bridal accessories, from tiaras and hair combs to belts and veils.  “About 80% of our business is dedicated to veils. They have been the mainstay for five or six years,” explains Graham.

The Linzi Jay Veils & Arianna Bespoke Partnership

Twilight Designs operates strictly as a B2B (business-to-business) company, focusing on wholesale rather than selling directly to consumers. The decision to acquire Linzi Jay Veils, an established brand with a solid reputation, was based on compatibility and the chance to extend Twilight’s offerings. “It’s an opportunity to develop business with our existing accounts and introduce more of what our clients are looking for.”

For Graham, Arianna Bespoke represents “the missing piece of the jigsaw” in Twilight Designs’ line-up. Twilight had long envisioned a luxury, high-end bespoke accessory line, but the timing hadn’t quite been right to bring this to life. “Arianna couldn’t have come along at a more perfect time,” Graham says.

Market position

With a strong online presence, Twilight Designs recently launched a new website that allows clients to access both Twilight and Arianna products through a single portal, simplifying the ordering process for retailers across the UK, Europe and beyond. “It’s been amazing,” Graham says. “We had the new site live for just an hour, and the first order came through. The feedback from our stockists has been overwhelmingly positive – they know they’re in safe hands.”

For those interested in seeing Twilight’s new offerings in person, the company will be exhibiting at Bridal Week Harrogate March, where attendees can explore the full range of products. Graham and his team, including three dedicated representatives, are also eager to meet with retailers individually. “We’re not the kind of company to just drop by with an iPad,” Graham says. “We bring everything they might want right into their stores.”

For Twilight Designs, this acquisition marks a pivotal step toward further growth and innovation.
