Josephine Scott, created in 2022, designs dresses to enhance brides natural beauty. We interview them ahead of Harrogate to discover what’s next for the brand and the history of the brand.
Josephine Scott will be launching the first collection at Bridal Week Harrogate.
Created by British designer Josephine Parkhill, previously of Ellis. The collection has a sophisticated elegance, blending traditional old-world grandeur with a timeless interpretation of femineity.
Designed from the inside-out, the dresses have a full couture construction, but cut with a commercial eye to give brides a truly designer gown, suited to a variety of body shapes. Tulle and organza are used in abundance as under-layers to create volumous skirts, whilst remaining light and romantic when they move.
Josephine Scott is the official couturier for the 2022 & 2023 Queen Charlottes Ball held in London this weekend, dressing several debutants from the new collection.
