In addition to helping showcase the styles, the label knows how important things need to be behind the scenes. So, efficient logistics and timely deliveries are paramount: “We have robust systems in place to ensure that our retailers receive their inventory promptly, facilitating seamless inventory management and exceptional customer service,” says Emilia. “Love & Liberty values feedback from both retailers and customers. We employ various channels, including surveys and direct communication, to gather insights. This feedback is integral to our continuous improvement efforts, shaping the evolution of our products and services.”
