At Bridal Week London, modern romance met refined structure as exhibitors showcased collections that felt both elevated and wearable. Buyers gravitated toward gowns that balance statement details with effortless beauty and we’ve rounded up the top 3 most popular styles from your favourite exhibitors at the show.

Maggie Sottero: Romance for days

Maggie Sottero’s showroom struck a chord with buyers seeking softness layered with artistry and attention to detail, as these three gowns lead the way:

Hadley by Maggie Sottero features a ‘sculpted lace bodice with a softly structured fit and a beaded lace cat-eye neckline, balanced by an airy A-line of layered tulle.’ The delicate appliqués add a soft romantic touch, making the gown extremely popular amongst brides.

Petra by Sottero and Midgley is defined by ‘intricate 3-D beaded lace, with dimensional florals and chandelier pearl beading’, creating a bodice rich in texture and detail. ‘A full, clean skirt offsets the detail, giving the look a more elevated sense of presence and a refined take on Renaissance opulence.’

Hazel by Rebecca Ingram plays on contrast, ‘pairing a delicately beaded lace bodice with a clean A-line crepe skirt. It’s light, polished and softly ethereal, with discreet pockets adding to its effortless appeal.’

Essense of Australia: Structured elegance

Essense of Australia’s bestsellers from Bridal Week London leaned into clean lines, impeccable tailoring and luxurious fabrics, proving once again that simplicity, when done well, holds power.

Style SY8274 by Stella York is a strapless gown crafted from luminous Mikado. ’A straight-across neckline and architectural seaming sculpt the bodice, whilst a slightly dropped waist flows into a dramatic A-line skirt.’ The design is free from embellishment making it a popular choice amongst brides searching for a clean look, ’whilst hidden pockets and a buttoned train add both function and timeless polish.’

Style D4563 by Essense of Australia features ’wide straps and an asymmetrically ruched bodice that flatters with a soft wrap effect.’ The gown favours contemporary, sleek design choices, with a modern leg slit for added drama and sensuality.

Style ML2062 by Martina Liana blends classic shape with modern detail. ’A strapless neckline and internal mini corset create a secure, sculpted fit, while the A-line skirt offers volume without excess. Optional embossed floral motifs add a subtle artistic layer, making this a versatile favourite among buyers.’

TEMRAZA: Uniquely crafted

TEMRAZA showcased a carefully curated selection of standout gowns at Bridal Week London from The Ever Light collection, favouring striking embellishments and thoughtful details.

Ella features an off-the-shoulder neckline with delicate peekaboo lace cups and fitted lace sleeves. The structured bodice has bare panels on each side, highlighting the wearer’s natural curves, before the flowing into a long skirt, with a sheer lace panel at the leg slit, for added sensuality.

Anastasia speaks to the brides searching for elegant simplicity. With a flowing delicate style, leading into a lace hem, Anastasia offers the perfect balance of minimalism and thoughtful design, with a touch of airy softness.

Genevieve is certainly not for the minimalistic style brides. Featuring a detachable cape, structured bodice and draped mini skirt, the style is unique and rich in detail and one that speaks to TEMRAZA’s level of artistry.

Shikoba Bride: Soft expression

Shikoba Bride’s latest collection, Spirit, was particularly popular at Bridal Week London, showcasing soft romance and botanical-inspired fabrics.

The Sage Cape was a standout piece amongst buyers, creating an ethereal look for the modern bride. Crafted from ’soft, ivory lace with a timeless floral pattern’ it has the ability to instantly transform a gown and provides versatility for brides wanting to change their look from ceremony to celebration.

The Flora Topper is a beautifully embroidered flora silk bridal topper that features oversized botanical motifs and statement sleeves with long fringe detailing. The style creates the perfect Bohemian look which works perfectly whether layered over a slip dress or paired with a skirt, giving a range of styling options for brides.

Tara speaks volumes to vintage inspired romance, crafted from embroidered lace with a delicate sequin appliqué, it is perfect for adding that wedding day drama to your look and was extremely popular amongst buyers this season.

It’s safe to say there was something for every buyer at Bridal Week London. Whether you’re searching for soft romantic pieces, clean tailored lines or unmatched artistry, this season, we saw it all and we can’t wait to see what’s on offer at Bridal Week Harrogate!
