What are your business goals for 2023?

Wynter Isabelle Bridal

In 2023, we will be aiming to increase our turnover by pushing the advertising for both stores. We are looking forward to being able to offer our brides and special guests the whole package. Seeing our brides right up until the final look is something we are very passionate about to provide the best possible experience.

Natalie Ann Brides

Every New Years resolution is to get more organised and every year I get more disorganised but I suppose that’s how things work here at Natalie Ann Brides! Winging the bridal industry with a big smile and a positive attitude is selling the dresses so maybe my goal is to tidy the fabric drawer... Nah, only kidding. Personally I would love for us to enter a few categories in the Bridal Buyer Awards. I am going to make sure I give myself time and energy to step aside from my brides and team and enter. Wish us luck!

The Aisle

The big secret for 2023 is finally out! We are re-locating to a huge premises in Skipton. Our new space is a beautiful grade II listed building, that we have fully renovated into a stunning luxe studio for our brides. We will have three dressing rooms, lots of space, and a fresh approach to bridal. Our goal is to be the number 1 bridal studio in the North of England, making sure every bride visiting us feels welcome, their best, and just generally give them an amazing time!

Silk & Maple

- We have something very exciting that we are hoping to launch in the New Year to help enhance and support every bride’s journey!

- Continue to reinvest and grow as a business.

- We would like to start building our team by the end of 2023.

Elizabeth Kate Bridal

- To continue to provide the BEST experience to every bride at every contact.

- To continue to build strong word of mouth recommendations.

- To continue to expand our circle of influence.

- To continue to learn and grow with the support of our amazing wedding industry friends.

Emily Bridalwear

We have big plans for the whole structure of the business. I am investing heavily into the team next year, working on growth for the monthly wages as well as the business bottom line. I truly believe this business is successful because of who works in it, so I plan on rewarding them more than ever next year.

Nailing the logistics. 2023 is about smooth sailing, working on the procedures and making sure the most brides on record, are serviced fully at every stage.

Fundamentally, my goals are to get to this time next year sane, no more wrinkles, with a team that is happy, well paid for the work they have done and a conversion rate that is above 74%. Who do I need to speak to to get that ordered for this time next year!?!
