The new collection imagery has dropped, and it is spectacular – romantic yet commanding. Here are our five favourite styles...

Cinematic, romantic and unapologetically dramatic, Maggie Sottero’s Fall 2026 collection explores the allure of dark romance through a lens of modern bridal elegance. The collection was inspired by the idea of stepping out of the shadows and into the spotlight, the styles embrace contrasts at every turn, resulting in a series of gowns that feel both powerful and deeply feminine.
Photographed within the grandeur of a vintage theatre, the collection comes to life against ornate architecture, rich red velvet curtains and atmospheric lighting. The setting provides the perfect backdrop for gowns designed to command attention, with every silhouette capturing light and movement in a different way. Ballgowns and A-line styles dominate, offering volume and presence without sacrificing softness. Lace, tulle and shimmering fabrics are layered with intention, creating depth, texture and dimension throughout. Vintage-inspired silhouettes are reimagined through contemporary construction, while carefully placed details add a sense of richness and refinement.
What makes the collection particularly compelling is its use of contrast. Structured bodices are softened by flowing skirts, delicate lace is paired with architectural shaping, and subtle shimmer emerges from beneath layers of fabrics. There is a constant interplay between light and shadow, softness and strength, vulnerability and confidence

This glitter tulle gown balances romantic detailing with contemporary structure. A sculpted Basque waist and exposed boning create definition through the bodice, while beaded lace motifs and layers of soft tulle bring texture and movement. The cat-eye neckline and off-the-shoulder accents add a regal feel, while an illusion back and extended lace train provide a dramatic finish. Plus… there are hidden pockets!
