Congratulations on your win, how do you feel?

We’re still on cloud nine, it has to be said and I’m overwhelmingly proud of our little team. We work tirelessly on our brand, with love and attention to detail going into every aspect. So many people have not only congratulated us, but feel that we genuinely deserve the award and that’s such a wonderful feeling.

Here’s how Veni Infantino for Ronald Joyce, winners of Best Mother of the Bride Collection, felt after their victory.

Can you describe your new collection?

Botanic influences feature very strongly in the new collection with leaf and flower motifs continuing to dominate. Brand new at Harrogate was our capsule ‘mixed metals’ collection, the warmth of heritage gold and rose gold mixes beautifully with cool silver and creates a breathtaking combination. This new range was amongst our most successful ever.

What was the inspiration behind it?

Not so long ago we were only producing accessories in silver. With the rise in popularity of gold and rose gold, it was only a matter of time before we experimented with combinations. It’s an outdated idea that mixing metals is a faux pas, it give us more freedom with components and gives brides a more eclectic choice.

What do you do differently to other bridal accessory brands?

All our pieces are designed by me and handmade in the UK, I personally oversee every piece that leaves our workshop. Our collections have my signature written all over them and that’s our brand. I feel there is more of an artisanal quality to our pieces which other brands lack and while this may not be to everyone’s taste, it’s what we do well.

What does it mean to have won this award?

The acknowledgment and the validation of a Bridal Buyer Award has always been a goal that we’ve strived for. We’ve always had faith in our products and for the industry to recognise us as a brand is pretty much a dream come true.

What will this award do for your business over the following 12 months?

This award will elevate our brand and help to strengthen our name within the bridal industry. A Bridal Buyer Award carries with it a certain esteem and this will continue to define us a credible source in a sea of options.
