Rasha Al-Sayed is the designer behind Rasha London. She studied Design for Performance at Central Saint Martins, specialising in costume and set design for film and theatre and then went on to complete a Masters in Scenography, exploring live performance and film.

With a background in design and performance, Rasha fell in love with effortless glamour and this has inspired her designs.

Tell us about your brand

Rasha London is a modern British brand known for effortless glamour bridalwear, which consists of three design laws: comfort, quality and innovation. These three laws are fundamental to Rasha London’s design language, they serve as the starting point for each dress.

Founded to bring theatre, glamour and empowerment, our mission is to empower women to be the best version of themselves.

What inspired you when making your new collection?

The new ’Divine collection’ was inspired by powerful heroines in Greek Mythology. Gold was a prominent colour within the beading, reflective of the gold jewellery that they used to wear for wealth and power.

What are your most popular styles?

Fortunately, there are a few popular styles. Marie, Rhea, Katniss, Calliopi and Athena to name a few.
